We are deeply grateful to Sis Ling Xian, who accompanied blind dialysis patient Ah Kan during her four-hour treatments starting October 4, 2024.
Due to her blindness, Ah Qin often feels insecure, moving her hands during cannulation and sometimes trying to pull out the needles afterward, posing risks to herself and others.
Knowing this, Sis Ling Xian volunteered to sit by her side, gently comforting her throughout. Her silent presence brought calm & safety, showing a moving example of compassion in action.
Her selfless act not only touched everyone at the center, but also inspired Ah Qin’s daughter. Since May 2025, her daughter has taken over the role, choosing to accompany her mother—a beautiful ripple of love set in motion.
