After discharge, Grandma Y was left at home with her two young granddaughters, making care too heavy for them. Our nursing team arranged for her to stay in a nursing home for proper wound care.
With regular support, she is now recovering well and living more comfortably. Her granddaughter also expressed gratitude for the arrangement and appreciation for how her grandmother raised her.
A simple decision helped restore balance, care, and peace for the whole family. ❤️
