As society ages rapidly, Tzu Chi works on promoting “prevention over treatment” with simple routines to slow aging, reduce dementia risk, and support healthier, more dignified lives.

The programme includes resistance training, balance practice, strength building, and posture correction, with emphasis on proper techniques. It helps reduce falls, prevent immobility, and support independent living.

Participants with nerve issues, balance difficulties, or past injuries benefit greatly. From seniors in their 70s and 80s maintaining mobility and strength, to participants regaining balance after health setbacks, the programme shows how regular exercise transforms lives. 💪
