As the Lunar New Year approaches, the lobby of the Penang Tzu Chi Dialysis Centre has been softly transformed. Over the past two weeks, volunteers have carefully arranged peach blossoms and festive couplets, balancing the vibrant red of the season with soothing greenery to maintain a sense of peace within the clinical space.
Beyond decoration, these gestures are a silent welcome to every patient and visitor. A standout feature is an ink-wash painting of a horse, hand-drawn by one of our nurses to honor the upcoming Year of the Horse.
As we welcome the new year, may kindness flourish like spring, and may every step be grounded in health and tranquility.
