After a serious accident in November 2024, 22-year-old Ami suffered broken leg bones, a facial fracture, and brain fluid leakage that affected his taste. For seven months he could not walk, fully dependent on family. Since May, Tzu Chi Community Medical Care (CMC) have arranged physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and nurse visits, while providing equipment, nutrition guidance, and emotional support.
With this care, Ami achieved a breakthrough—from bedridden to standing, walking with a walker, and regaining independence. His recovery reflects resilience and hope, showing how Tzu Chi’s compassion and dedication can help a young man rise again after hardship.
