Thirty volunteers from the Kuala Lumpur–Selangor region visited the Penang Tzu Chi Dialysis Centre for an exchange visit. Through the guided tour of the long-term care and dialysis centres, the visitors witnessed how the Tzu Chi spirit of humanistic care is deeply practiced — from attentive patient care to the idea of “cleansing the body and the heart,” embodying holistic care.
Many shared that Penang’s operations closely resemble those in Taiwan and hoped more Dharma family members could visit to learn and grow together.
