On December 10, Uncle Ah Leek suffered severe leg pain after a fall and required urgent hospital care. As his family could not arrive in time, he became distressed. Our nurses personally accompanied him to the emergency department, offering reassurance and assisting communication with doctors until his family arrived. This was care with a family’s warmth.
