Independent Ms. C (76) lived with her sister until illness in July 2023 required dialysis, fully funded by Tzu Chi. Moving to a care home caused initial conflicts with carers, but volunteers’ constant companionship and Da Ai TV’s wisdom helped her find peace. Volunteers provided physical relief through massage for her skin condition and brought spiritual joy via a mobile altar for Wesak Day 2025. Although volunteers missed her during the Mid-Autumn visit, Ms. C passed away peacefully later that year, remembered fondly by all.
